However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate. All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the product you ordered, we will inform you of this and will not process your order.

3. Orders & Contract Formation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. The contract for the purchase of goods between us (feelssofts.com) and you (the customer) will only be formed when we send you a “Shipping Confirmation” email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be added to the total cost. We are entitled to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders which we have already confirmed in a Shipping Confirmation.

Payment can be made by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon placement of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of the Shipping Confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Please note that this policy does not apply to items that are personalized or made to order, unless they are faulty.
