Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your Jellycat purchase. This section provides all the information you need on how to return an item or cancel an order.

Returns
You may return items in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method. Returns after this time may be offered an exchange or store credit, subject to terms and conditions. Please note that your return may take several business days to process once received by our team.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, we will be able to cancel it and process a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
